44th Annual Rural Life Day
September 22nd at 10am | 3365 Auger Road, Warrens, WI | The 44th Annual Rural Life Day will be held at the Wetherby Cranberry Co., in Warrens on Monday, September 22th. Join Bishop Battersby for Mass at 10:00 am followed by awards, the blessing of farm animals, crops and machinery and a delightful lunch. Wetherby Cranberry Co. located at 3365 Auger Road, Warrens, WI. This is your chance to celebrate rural life, enjoy the beauty of God's creation and maybe even leave with a craving for cranberries!
Mass of Hope and Healing – September 23rd
Most Reverend Gerard W. Battersby, Bishop of the Diocese of La Crosse will celebrate a Mass of Hope and Healing on Tuesday, September 23rd at 6:30pm at the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman in La Crosse. This Mass will be offered for anyone grieving the loss of children through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, abortion, stillbirth, accident or infant death. A Book of Remembrance will be available before and after Mass for families to inscribe their children's names. Votive candles will be given to families in memory of each child and carried forward during the entrance procession to be placed in front of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
