This Christmas, Help Catholic Charities Love our Neighbors in Need
Catholic Charities reaches out to our neighbors in need in so many ways, from providing shelter to the homeless in our midst (especially in winter) to giving hope and support to moms before and after birth to working with married couples looking to adopt, to assisting the poor and people with disabilities. Especially in this holy season of Christmas, find out how you can help by visiting cclse.org, or by scanning the QR code to the right.

“Called and Gifted” Workshop
March 21, 2026
Our Lady of Peace Parish in Marshfield
An in-person “Called and Gifted” workshop will be offered on Saturday, March 21, 2026. The Office for Catechesis & Evangelization and the Marshfield parishes will be hosting the workshop. The “Called & Gifted” discernment process offered by the Catherine of Siena Institute has been used since 1993 by over 200,000Catholics around the world. It is designed to help Christians discern specific charisms in their lives. Charisms, or spiritual gifts, are special abilities given to all Christians by the Holy Spirit. God calls each of us to (and gifts us for) the work that we most love. We want to know what gifts God has given to us because when we use them, our life is enriched with purpose and joy. The “Called and Gifted” workshop will be held at Our Lady of Peace Parish in Marshfield. Further details to follow.
Project Seed Sales Coming in the Spring
Farmers, mark your calendars for a Forage & Seed Corn sale that will be coming to several locations in spring of 2026, supported by the Diocesan Rural Life Committee, offering high-quality, low-cost seed. Seed corn is offered in both conventional and glyphosate tolerant varieties. There will be alfalfa and clover ready for sale and non-GMO seed can be ordered. Comparable yields make this seed an attractive alternative.

- March 21 – 10:00 AM-2:00 PM in Holy Family Hall in Stanley
