Dare to Follow: An Adventure in Faith
Young men entering grades 6-8 are invited to Dare to Follow, an overnight experience filled with activities, prayer, friendship and honest conversation about where God may be calling them. Participants will spend time with Bishop Gerard W. Battersby, Father Stephen Weller, our diocesan vocations director, and priests from across the diocese while discovering what it means to become holy men of God. The next session is Aug. 10-11, 2026, at the Holy Cross Diocesan Center in La Crosse. The cost is $30 and includes meals and lodging. Pilgrimage to the Beatification of Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen
St. John Paul II Pastorate invites you to join a pilgrimage to St. Louis, Missouri, September 22–25, 2026, for the beatification of Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen. The pilgrimage includes transportation, lodging, meals, and admission to the beatification ceremony. Rachel’s Vineyard Healing Retreat for Traumatic Pregnancy Loss
Oct. 9-11 | A weekend retreat for any person who struggles with emotional and spiritual pain of traumatic pregnancy loss, whether through abortion or miscarriage. Provides a safe, confidential, non-judgmental group environment for grieving and for releasing deep feelings of anger, shame, and guilt. The Mauston Community Sharing Pantry
serves people in the Mauston school district. It is open for food distribution on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-11:00. St. Mary’s Parish has joined as a church partner.
